The Argentine Primo, Michelle’s Pie, Strawberry Cheesecake Gelato & A New Kölsch

The Argentine Primo

Sit down for a meal in Buenos Aires, and somewhere on the table, you’re likely to find a ramekin of chimichurri, Argentina’s legendary sauce. It’s more than a condiment — it’s a cultural icon. Originating from the rolling pampas and bustling streets of Buenos Aires, chimichurri is known for its bold and refreshing flavors. Its primary ingredients — parsley, garlic, vinegar, olive oil, and a mix of oregano and red pepper flakes — come together in a versatile blend that is an indispensable part of Argentine cuisine.

The Argentine, a hearty vegetarian pizza, features roasted eggplant and cherry tomatoes, our house-made peperonata (a housemade treat featuring roasted red and yellow bell peppers marinated in garlic, herbs, spices, and vinegar), Parmesan, traditional and smoked mozzarella over an olive oil base. We top the pie with a drizzle of chimichurri sauce, which is a vibrant addition to roasted vegetables and adds zest and flavor to every bite.

Simplicity is at the heart of many of the best pizzas: just a few premium ingredients that complement each other, served in the right proportion. Michelle’s Pie, our second seasonal, is an ode to restrained elegance — featuring Cascioppo’s famous handmade handmade Italian sausage made right here in Seattle, garlic-marinated mushrooms, creamy mozzarella, and our seasoned tomato sauce.

For our seasonal gelato, we have Gelatiamo’s Strawberry Cheesecake Gelato, an Italian twist on the American favorite. This silky and deeply flavored gelato features a cheesecake base swirled with house-made strawberry jam and graham cracker streusel. Every dessert should be this good.

Lastly, we’re offering a new seasonal beer from Bizarre Brewing, a relatively new brewery located in Seattle's Magnolia neighborhood and led by two longtime industry veterans. They focus on low-ABV, flavorful craft beers that blend old-world flavors with local nuances and unique grains like spelt and buckwheat. Bizarre Brewing’s Dry Hopped Kölsch is medium-bodied, creamy, and drinkable, with a distinctive mild hop aroma and a crisp, clean finish. It’s a Pacific Northwest beer with a European twist.
