Pike Street: A Homecoming
Our new store at 415 E Pike Street is a homecoming of sorts. The flagship store fills the kitchen space where we once made dough and sauce for all our locations—a space we outgrew three years ago. The building has also been home to our offices and phone center for 20 years.
The new store has a spacious dining room, a slice bar, beer and wine, and pick-up and delivery service. A collage of posters by Seattle’s legendary graphic designers and Pagliacci pizza box artists Ames Bros decorates the dining room.
“We are super excited about opening a Pagliacci location in the Pike-Pine neighborhood,” Galvin, Pagliacci’s co-owner. “Putting a new location in the center of the most densely populated part of our city fulfills a long-standing goal of ours.”
Thrilling, to us at least, is having enough additional space to add a test kitchen and our Center for Excellence, a dedicated training center. The test kitchen will give our operations team plenty of space to develop new seasonal pizzas. Our Center for Excellence will provide us with the opportunity to centralize training for new crew members, and for aspiring employees to improve the skills they need to advance to positions of leadership.
Additionally, the move allows us to expand our downtown delivery area, which will include Pioneer Square.
We can’t wait to see you there!
