Newly Crafted Menu Pies, San Pellegrino, a Refreshing Rosé, and Refined Preparations

Beginning June 5, we have a few exciting changes to our menu!

Introducing New Ingredients!

Burrata: resembles fresh mozzarella but richer — it’s filled with cheese curd and cream. It has that melt-in-your-mouth goodness and is excellent on pizza.  

Soppressata: a mildly spicy lean pork salami with great flavor.  

Mike’s Hot Honey: a sweet-heat fusion of honey and chili peppers that adds a delightful kick to pizza.  


Three New Menu Pies

(built around the new ingredients):

Burrata Soppressata

Burrata, soppressata and cherry tomatoes sprinkled with chili flakes. We top the baked pie with fresh arugula tossed with olive oil and sea salt. Add to your order!

Diavola

Soppressata, romano and mozzarella over our seasoned tomato sauce, finished with Mike’s Hot Honey after bake.

Tricolore

Drizzles of pesto over burrata on a Margherita base. Finished with a sprinkle of coarse sea salt.


New Sparkly Water!

Your favorite Italian sparkling water, San Pellegrino, is now in house and available in 500 ml and 750 ml sizes.


Pour Me Rosé

Limited Release

Made by the esteemed Walla Walla-based winemaker àMaurice Cellars. The wine is vibrant pink in color with a delightful mouth-watering acidity and dominant flavors of watermelon and alpine strawberry.


Refined Preparations

Finally, after extensive testing, we’re changing a few preparations to improve flavor.  

Arugula: Added after bake, Arugula is now tossed with olive oil and sea salt. 

Tomatoes: All fresh tomatoes are now baked on all pizzas. 

Spinach: Fresh spinach is now baked on under cheese on all pizzas.
