Mini Olivia's Chocolate Chip Cookies

As much as we love eating gelato after a full meal of pizza, frozen is not always the kind of dessert we crave. After months of deliberation and testing, we finally found another dessert to serve along with gelato. Mini Olivia’s Chocolate Chip Cookies, made at Macrina Bakery, were the winner of our dessert hunt. These soft-yet-crunchy cookies are filled with creamy chocolate chips and are delicious on their own or dipped in a glass of milk.  

We started selling these cookies at a few select locations in packs of eight. With the help of feedback from our customers and crew, we made the switch to four packs instead. Once we made the transition to smaller pack sizes, the cookies started flying off the shelf! Mini Olivia’s quickly became a customer favorite, we even had customers coming in just for the cookies! The cookies make the perfect dessert or snack, and even make great gifts.

As their popularity increased, we knew we had to offer the option to deliver these cookies. Mini Olivia’s Chocolate Chip Cookies are now available for delivery or pick-up at all our locations. We promise we won’t tell if you pass them off as homemade!
