Crew Favorites: Tricolore Combo and The Italiano

Our crew knows our pizza best, and among the many favorites, two keep popping up — our Tricolore Combo and The Italiano. Both are Italian classics, essentially simple pies that use premium ingredients in the right combination and measure. That’s the heart of Italian cooking — transforming straightforward tastes and textures into something spectacular.
The Tricolore Combo features burrata, an artisanal cheese from Puglia that’s the creamiest fresh mozzarella you’ll find. It crowns a base of crushed Italian tomatoes, and once out of the oven, we add sea salt and a drizzle of pesto that completes the colors of the Italian flag.

The Italiano is topped with fresh spinach, roasted garlic and a trio of cheeses: mozzarella, fontina and parmesan. Crushed Italian tomatoes form the base and we finish the pie with a sprinkle of sea salt.
