We’re entering our fourth month of giveaways! What started on a lark—a lightning bolt of an idea—as a way to bring some light to our customers and industry peers, has become a tradition. It’s been so fun and rewarding that we’re still rolling with it!Our next giveaway is from Fremont’s Theo Chocolate. Order a whole pie this Tuesday, July 7, and while supplies last, we’ll bring you a bar of Theo Pure 45% Milk Chocolate.
Theo Chocolate is the first organic, fair trade certified bean to bar chocolate maker in North America. Their organic and fair trade milk chocolate features flavor notes of roasted nuts and caramel and is made using just four simple ingredients for your peace of mind: Cane Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Cocoa Beans, Whole Milk Powder. The Congolese beans they source themselves give their milk chocolate a higher cocoa percentage than most conventional chocolate bars. It’s unlike any milk chocolate you’ve tried before.
In 2019, Theo purchased all their organic cocoa beans were purchased from the Eastern Democratic Republic of Congo, directly supporting the livelihood of over 6,200 cocoa farmers and their 34,000 family members.
The coronavirus forced Theo to shutter their flagship store in Fremont temporarily, but they’ve recently reopened under guidelines laid out by Governor Inslee. For those who prefer contactless purchases, Theo continues to offer curbside pick-up through Theo To Go or online sales at TheoChocolate.com.
“The Seattle community has been extremely supportive of Theo Chocolate, so we are excited to partner with Pagliacci to provide some delicious piece of mind back to our customers during these difficult times,” says Monique Heineman, brand manager for Theo Chocolate.
