TOMATO BASIL
August is the time when local Roma tomatoes are at their very best. We slowly roast the tomatoes in olive oil, balsamic vinegar and herbs to give them a wonderful sweet flavor. They are sliced and showcased on olive oil and mozzarella with another sweet summer flavor, fresh basil.
