Our Tomato Basil Pie is a marriage of sweet summer flavors. When we introduced roasted Roma tomatoes to fresh basil in 1999, we knew it was a love that would last a lifetime. By slowly roasting Roma tomatoes in olive oil, balsamic vinegar and herbs, we enhance their sweetness. When the roasted tomatoes are combined with fresh basil on olive oil and mozzarella, an irresistible sweet summer taste is created.
